S-C comes out strong in soccer Invitational

SC-Marshall-23The Smith-Cotton boys soccer beat Marshall 5-2 in the first game of the 2014 Smith-Cotton Tiger Soccer Tournament on Friday, Aug. 22 at Susie Ditzfeld Memorial Soccer Field.

The Tigers went on to defeat Carl Junction, 5-0 in a night game. S-C played for championship Saturday morning, but fell to the Harrisonville Wildcats, 1-0. Photos by Randy Kirby, Sedalia Weekly Observer.
