On Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2014 at approximately 3:02 p.m, a Patrol Officer with the Sedalia Police Department initiated a traffic stop on a blue Ford passenger car for a hazardous moving violation. The Officer spoke to the driver, identified as Heather M. Reed, 33 years old, of Sedalia.
Also in the vehicle were Heather’s two children (ages 10 and 5) and a relative (age 8). A computer check through Dispatch revealed that Heather had a revoked Missouri operator’s license.
