Everts, who has 27 years of experience establishing in-house physician recruitment and retention programs, will recruit new physicians to the area and work closely with existing physicians to improve communications and referrals for the organization’s services.
“We want to employ physicians who are good fits for the community and the Bothwell system,” said President and CEO John Dawes. “Beth will help us accomplish that goal and help us build a stronger relationship between Bothwell and our providers.”
Everts, of Knob Noster, was drawn to Bothwell because of the comprehensive services it offers and how these service lines have grown in recent years.
“With the addition of full-time cardiologists and oncologists, as well as other physicians that have been recruited into the outreach and specialty clinics, I felt that Bothwell is headed in a great direction to prepare for the health-care changes ahead of us,” she said. “It is very rewarding to successfully recruit new physicians to the community and watch them grow in their career and practice as they care for neighbors and friends.”
