Katy Trail Ride brings 350 cyclists to Sedalia

Bikers-10About 350 cyclists arrived in Sedalia on Thursday for an over night stay in Liberty Park. The annual DNR Katy Trail Bike Ride brought the cyclists to town via the Katy Trail, where they were greeted at the Katy Depot, 600 E. Third, by members of the Sedalia Area Convention & Visitors Bureau as well as local food vendors.

The bikers will start leaving on their next leg of their journey shortly after 6 a.m. Friday morning. Photos by Randy Kirby, Sedalia Weekly Observer.
