Washington.Dog.jpegWashington Elementary students helped raise money for purchase of a service dog for Kate Miller, sister of teacher Sarah Miller. Kate suffers from seizures.

Washington students raised $800, which was matched by an anonymous benefactor. That was the largest non-corporate donation in the $15,000 effort. Kate brought the dog to school on May 23. Photo courtesy Sedalia School District 200.
