SUV-2Jacob A. Hill, 23, Columbia, suffered minor injuries when he braked and swerved to avoid a vehicle that was slowing down to turn into a private drive at 11:29 a.m. this morning on Highway 65 southbound, a quarter mile south of Route H just outside Sedalia. The vehicle struck the right side of the roadway, struck a ditch and overturned.

Hill was transported to Bothwell Regional Heath Center by Pettis County Ambulance District. He was wearing a safety belt, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
