BEEETLESSacred Heart had a beat and a rhythm for The Beetles during its elementary spring concert. Musical performances by the K-6 elementary students paid homage to The Beetles in celebration of the band’s 50th Anniversary. Entertainment also featured the SHS elementary band. Darrin Hartman is the choir director and Nancy Edwards is the band director.

Each class performed a song and dance number choreographed by Sacred Heart School parent volunteer Victoria Stratton.

In the first photo:  The British Invasion at SHS included notable songs like “Hey Jude” and “Eight Days A Week,” which were sung by SHS fifth grade students.

In the second photo: Brooklyn Anders and Emily Hesse keep in step with their second-grade classmates to “I Want to Hold Your Hand.” Photos submitted. Beatles_Anders_Hesse
