Optimists honor seven at Respect For Law Banquet

Respect4Law-1Seven individuals were recognized by the Noonday Optimist Club of Sedalia and the Sunrise Optimist Club of Sedalia Thursday night at Best Western State Fair Motor Inn, 32nd and Limit, Sedalia, during the annual Respect For Law Banquet.

Honored were Sedalia Police Det. Kevin Klein, Pettis County Sheriff’s Deputy Wes Burton, Sedalia Fire Department Firefighter Joshua Nelson, Pettis County firefighter Andrew Jackson, Missouri State Highway Patrol Trooper Steve Force, Sedalia-Pettis County EMA volunteer Jeremy Roberts and Pettis County Ambulance Distroct (PCAD) Paramedic Roy Pennington.

Supervisors from each agency presented the winners with a plaque provided by the Optimist Clubs.
