SFCC graduation moves to Fairgrounds this year

sfcc_logo1Due to the large number of graduates, State Fair Community College will hold its 2014 commencement at 7 p.m. May 16 in the Mathewson Exhibition Center on the Missouri State Fairgrounds.

Students receiving Associate of Arts, Associate of Science, Associate of Arts in Teaching, and Associate of Applied Science degrees; Professional Certificates; and Skills Certificates will be honored.

A commencement and pinning ceremony for Associate Degree Nursing, Dental Hygiene and Radiologic Technology graduates will be at 2 p.m. May 16 in the Fred E. Davis Multipurpose Center on campus.

The SFCC Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) program graduation will be at 2 p.m. May 17 in the Fred E. Davis Multipurpose Center on campus. Altrusa will sponsor a reception after the ceremony in the Parkhurst Student Commons.

Commencement for SFCC-Whiteman Air Force base graduates will be at 6 p.m. May 27 at Mission’s End on base.
