Baseball Grems bust Bluebirds, 14-2 in six innings

sacredheartThe Sacred Heart baseball team improved to 12-0 (5-0) on the season tonight with a 14-2 win in six innings over Cole Camp.

Chance Spangler was the winning pitcher throwing five innings and allowing one earned run on three hits with five strikeouts and twowalks.

At the plate Clint Spangler was 2-3 with a single and a solo home run to lead off the sixth inning. It was his second home run in as many days. Mason Kelchner was 2-4 with a single and a double with an RBI and Michael Hohne was 3-4 with three singles and two RBIs.

Sacred Heart’s next game will be on Thursday at 5 p.m. against Lincoln on the road.
