PSC modifies hearing schedule in Summit Natural Gas rate case

MoPubServiceJEFFERSON CITY—The Missouri Public Service Commission has modified the hearing schedule in a natural gas rate case filed by Summit Natural Gas of Missouri, Inc. (SNG).

Formal evidentiary hearings, originally scheduled for Aug. 4-15, 2014, are now scheduled for Aug. 18-29, 2014. These hearings will be held in Room 310 of the Governor Office Building, 200 Madison Street, in Jefferson City. The Governor Office Building meets accessibility standards required by the Americans with Disabilities Act. If any person needs additional accommodations to participate in these hearings, please call the Missouri Public Service Commission’s hotline at 1-800-392-4211 (voice) or Relay Missouri at 711 before the hearings.

On Jan. 2, 2014, SNG filed a natural gas rate case with the Missouri Public Service Commission seeking a general rate increase of approximately $7.5 million. SNG serves approximately 14,100 natural gas customers in Missouri.
