Initial work begins on Route 41 bridge replacement

ModotLogoBlueCOOPER COUNTY – Contractors working for the Missouri Department of Transportation have begun the initial stages of a bridge replacement project on Route 41 over the Lamine River in Cooper County.

One lane of Route 41 will be closed Wednesday, March 12 and Thursday, March 13 for bridge inspection and in preparation for demolition of the bridge this summer. The lane will be reopened by 6 p.m. both evenings. The bridge replacement will begin in late spring.
