DARE program graduates 18 at St. Paul’s

Dare-1Eighteen students at St. Paul’s Lutheran School in Rhonda Tull’s class graduated from the Sedalia Police Department’s DARE program on Wednesday, Jan. 22. DARE Officer Rodney Collins led the one-hour ceremony, which featured the winners of the DARE Essay Contest (Evelyn Gramajo, Brooklyn Cross and Savannah Ward) as well as guest speaker Cendy Carson.

The students spent 11 weeks learning about Drug Abuse Resistance and Education with Officer Collins, who also serves as a mentor and president of the Missouri State DARE organization.
