New Year’s Day parade may become tradition

Parade-1A New Year’s Day parade, sponsored by Terry Cockrell, was held in downtown Sedalia at 3 p.m. Wednesday. About a dozen units participated in the first annual event in sub-freezing temperatures. The parade lasted about 10 minutes. Photos by Randy Kirby, Sedalia News Journal.
