E. Hayden Limbocker, 89, formerly of Sedalia, died on Thursday, Dec. 12, 2013 at the Missouri Veterans Home in Warrensburg.
He was born on Oct. 27, 1924 in Ranger, Texas son of Elmer and Hessie Kennedy Limbocker. He was married on Oct. 27, 1982 in Sedalia to Juanita Offenburger Price and she survives of the home. Hayden served in the Army during W W ll. He enjoyed watching westerns on TV and listening to country music. Besides his wife he is survived by two sons: Rev. Michael David-Ray (Gene) of Lee’s Summit, Terry Limbocker (Anita) of Rodgers, Arkansas, two daughters: Jenise Thompson (Scott) of Topeka, Kansas, Mechelle Arndt (Kevin) of Blue Springs, one stepdaughter: Lisa Bryant of Sedalia, three stepsons: Alan Price (Tammy) of Sedalia, Erle Price (Susan) of Florence, Johnnie Price (Cynthian) of Sedalia, 17 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
He was preceded by a infant daughter: Vicki, two brothers: Roy and Calvin Limbocker, two sisters: Betty Limbocker and Elsa Gore.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 16 at Ewing-Schutte-Semler Funeral Home with Rev. Marlin Brown officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. until service time on Monday.
Serving as pallbearers will be Johnnie Price, Erle Price, Kevin Arndt, Matt Gharst, Alan Price and Andrew Limbocker.
Burial will be in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville. Full military honors by V.F.W. Post 2591 of Sedalia.
