SFCC to close Dec. 18 for winter break

State Fair Community College and extended campus locations will close for winter break at noon Dec. 18 and reopen at 8 a.m. Jan. 2.

The Campus Store on the Sedalia campus will close at 1 p.m. Dec. 16 and reopen Jan. 2. Students can purchase spring textbooks in-store and online starting Jan. 2. Specific book information and costs are available at www.sfccmo.edu/bookstore.

The Daum Museum of Contemporary Art will close at 5 p.m. Dec. 17 and reopen at 11 a.m. Jan. 2. Regular museum hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 1-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The State Fair Career and Technology Center that provides technical training for high school juniors and seniors will begin winter break with an early out on Dec. 20 and will resume classes on Jan. 6.

Spring minimester will be from Dec. 26 to Jan. 9; the regular semester begins Jan. 13. Prospective students may go to the Student Services Office in the Hopkins Center or apply online and schedule an appointment with an advisor to enroll.
