SFCC men win by three over Coffeyville

The State Fair Community College Roadrunners outscored the Coffeyville Community College Red Ravens by three points to take the win, 72-69, Saturday night, Nov. 23 in Coffeyville, Kan.

Kevin Punter was the high scorer for the Roadrunners with 22 points, followed by Dondre Alexander with 14 and Joseph Thomasson with 10. Kedar Edwards score nine points for the Roadrunners, while Isaac Freeman scored eight, Deron Hill had six and Marcus Mondaine had three. Punter is also the high scorer for the season so far with 203 points accumulated for his team, with an average of 20.3 points per game.

The SFCC men are now 8-2 on the season.

The men played in the Moberly Classic, where the Roadrunners took on Lakeland College and Highland.

The men return to play Iowa Western Community College at home at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 3.
