Katherine (Katy) Williams and Joshua Bell were married July 4 at Lakeside Service, Jaeger Lake, Smithton.
The bride is the daughter of Paul and Cindi Williams, Smithton, and the groom is the son of Mike and Sandy Bell, Waraw. The ceremony was presided over by Josh Evers, Springfield.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents. Tailar Arnwine, the bride’s best friend, served as the maid of honor, while the bridesmaids were Alexis Flowers and Rachel Enos, the bride’s sisters, and Bailey Cambell, her friend.
Eric Heiser served as best man and Jacob Bell, the groom’s brother, served as groomsman, as did Jon Flowers and Matthew Enos, brothers-in-law of the bride.
Ring-bearers were Keanan and Asher Enos, the bride’s nephews, while Molly Elizabeth Flowers, the bride’s niece, was the flower girl. The candlelighter was Truce Bell and readings were presented by Tailar Arnwine, Alexis Flowers and Rachel Enos.
A rehearsal dinner was hosted by the bride’s parents July 3 at Applebee’s in Sedalia. A wedding reception was held at Willis Farms, Smithton, July 4.
The bride is a 2009 graduate of Smithton High School and Stare Fair Community College. She is employed by Federal Protection, Springfield.
The groom is a 2004 graduate of Marshall High School and State Fair Community College. He is employed as a manager for Bass Pro in Springfield.
The couple’s honeymoon was an Alaskan cruise. They will live in Springfield.
