Kreative Kiddos Preschool & Daycare, 24857 Highway O, located east of Sedalia, held their grand opening celebration on Thursday, Sept. 12 with members of the Sedalia Area Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau, including Executive Director Angie Thompson (red top), Eddie Crouch and Carolyn Crooker. Co-owner Sarah Thayer gave tours of the new facility, which now cares for 11 kids, and has room for 20 more, she said.

The event was highlighted by three members of Air Evac Lifeteam making an appearance from above, landing on the lawn just north of the facility, and allowing kids and parents a closeup look at the air ambulance, based out of Sedalia.

Pamela Breid is the director of Kreative Kiddos Preschool, which offers full-time childcare and preschool for ages 6 weeks to 5 years old, a newer facility, trained and certified teachers, state assistance, well balanced meals, structured preschool program including; math, science, language arts, sensory, music, physical education, cooking and much more.

The facility has been in operation for about two weeks. More info is available here. Photos by Randy Kirby, Sedalia News Journal.
