Pettis County Ambulance Board hires 30 employees

The Pettis County Ambulance District Board announced on Wednesday the employment of 24 full time and six part-time employees to operate the four ambulances for the District. The employees were selected from over 75 resumes submitted by applicants.

The new employees will be attending a two-day orientation and training sessions in the next few weeks. Training sessions will include instruction on the Employee Handbook, procedures and protocols for the District. The District is on track to become fully operational October 1, 2013.
