The 2013 Missouri State Fair 4-H/FFA Horse Show was held at the Missouri State Fairgrounds this past weekend. A steady rain on Friday afternoon soaked everything that wasn’t covered, so a lot of umbrellas, raincoats, tarps and panchos were in use.
All show classes were under the direction of the Fair’s equine superintendent Jamie Daniel. The show ended Sunday.
The MSF Society Horse Show will begin with Walking Horse and Fox Trot competitions at 6 p.m. July 30. Competitions will continue with start times at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. daily July 31-Aug. 3. The first official day of the 2013 Missouri State Fair is Thursday, Aug. 8. Photos by Randy Kirby, Sedalia News Journal.
