The State Fair Community College Lady Roadrunners have signed Evanston, Ill., native Erin Boothe for the 2013-2014 season.

Boothe played high school basketball for Head Coach Elliot Whitefield at Evanston Township High School and helped lead her team to a 24-4 record and an appearance in the Super Sectionals in Illinois. She will play a guard position at SFCC.

Boothe averaged seven points, five assists, four rebounds, and four steals during her senior campaign and was named Defensive Player of the Year. She plans to major in Business.

“Erin is tenacious,” said Lady Roadrunners Head Coach Kevin Bucher. “She plays strong defense and also possesses great speed.”
