*Bankovitch, Brittani, 30, Sedalia, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to serve 240 days in jail. Sedalia Police Michael Elwood arrested the defendant March 17 for a municipal ordinance violation and found methamphetamine in her possession.
*Brown, Donald, 38, Sedalia, pleaded guilty to unlawful use of a weapon, resisting arrest and four misdemeanor assault charges. On March 28, Sedalia Police Officer Bill Connor arrested the defendant near 6th and Harrison after neighborhood children reported that the defendant had displayed a pocketknife in a threatening manner. He was sentenced to serve 90 days in jail.
*Fritchey, Michael, 30, Sedalia, pleaded guilty to stealing, two counts of driving while revoked, and possession of a controlled substance, charges stemming from three separate arrests. He was arrested October 23 for stealing a flashlight at Walmart. The offense was a felony because the defendant has three prior stealing convictions. On January 2, 2013 and again on February 24, Sedalia Police Officer Wes Flores arrested the defendant for driving while revoked, felony offenses due to the defendant’s prior convictions. On February 24, the defendant possessed a small amount of methamphetamine. He was sentenced to serve 5 years in prison.
*Ridenour, Gerald, 27, address unknown, pleaded guilty to statutory rape and statutory sodomy, admitting he sexually molested a child under the age of 12 on an unknown date between 2006 and 2012. The incident came to the attention of authorities after an older victim reported that he tried to have sex with her. The defendant was sentenced to serve 10 years in prison.
*Sash, Jason, 39, Sedalia, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled substance. The Sedalia Police Department’s S.T.I.N.G. Unit served a search warrant at the defendant’s home on East Seventh Street April 25 and found methamphetamine and oxycodone. He was sentenced to serve 7 years in prison.
*Shull, Joshua, 20, Sedalia, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance. Sedalia Police Det. David Smith and Kevin Klein arrested the defendant April 11 after finding marijuana in his possession during a traffic stop. The case was continued to July 10 to determine if the defendant qualifies for the Drug Court Program.
*Sprinkle, Holly, 23, Sedalia, pleaded guilty to DWI, admitting that on January 10 she attempted to avoid arrest by Sedalia Police Officer Jacob White because she was driving while intoxicated. The case was continued to June 17 for sentencing.
*Wallen, Robert, 27, Sedalia, pleaded guilty to driving while revoked. The offense, a felony due to the defendant’s prior convictions, arose from an October 30 traffic stop by Sedalia Police Officer Wes Flores. The defendant was sentenced to serve 180 days in jail.
*Wolfe, Steven, 49, Sedalia, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, admitting he possessed methamphetamine when the Sedalia Police Department served a search warrant at his home November 27. He was sentenced to serve 4 years in prison.
