Patty Bock, RN, Nursery, was named Bothwell Regional Health Center’s 2013 Nurse of the Year. She was selected from among 12 nurses nominated by their peers for the award, which was announced during the annual Nurses Week Celebration held Monday, May 6.

According to Bock’s patients and co-workers, she was an excellent choice.

“Patty is an outstanding nurse who cares for Bothwell babies as if they were her own,” said Lana Kelly, director of Bothwell’s Women’s Health Unit. “We receive thank you notes and feedback from patients on a regular basis thanking her for taking such good care of their family.”
