Smithton softball knocks down Windsor, 6-1 in Kaysinger

The first night of the Kaysinger Conference Tournament this past weekend saw #5 seed Smithton beat #4 seed Windsor. Top hitters for Smithton included Kaley Snapp with three singles and Kaitlyn Arnold with a single and double.

Kaitlynn Smith also had a single and a double, while Sarah Loomis had two singles. Tristan Staus had three singles. McKenzie Treese was the winning pitcher with a total of 15 strikeouts.

Smithton won, 6- 1, which brings Smithton’s overall record to 3-6 with a conference record of 1-3.
