Betty Jean Weber, 74, of Camdenton, died Thursday, April 25, 2013 at Lake Regional Hospital. She was born on Nov. 30, 1938, in Houston, Texas, a daughter of Ashley Roy Tex and Vera (DeFord) Roberts.
On April 27, 1957, she was married toVincent Joe Weber, who survives of the home.
She was born in Texas but raised in Kansas City, Kan., moving to Camdenton in 2011. She was baptized at age 11 in Victoria, KS and confirmed at age 21 in Kansas City, Kan. She attended Cornerstone Baptist Church, Sedalia.
Besides her husband, she is survived by six children, Barry (Cheryl) Weber of Tonganoxie, Kan., Mike Weber of Osage Beach, Mavis Frank of Douglas, WY, Vicki (Mark) Cocks of Overland Park, Kan., Donald (Sarah) Weber of Elk Grove, Calif., and Richard Weber of Douglas, Wyo.; two sisters, Vanessa (Darrell) Harris of Sedalia and Barbara (Fred) Milton of Delaware; three brothers, Vernon Roberts of Joplin, Craig (Melinda) Fairall of Sweetwater, Tenn., and Tommy Dart of Mesquite, Nev.; 10 grandchildren, Dwayne Kabel, Keith Kabel, Tara Weber, Trina Wing, Angel Weber, Christina Weber, Tony Frank, Kari Frank, Timothy Cocks, Grace Weber;
15 great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Kathy Dart.
There will be a memorial service held at 10 a.m., Sunday, April 28 at Hedges-Scott Funeral Home, Camdenton.
