After having two meets cancelled because of snow the Windsor High track picked up a meet at Wentworth Military over spring break. Windsor placed third in both the girls and boys competition in the nine team event.
Medalists for the girls included Shelby Williams who won the 400 and high jump, Jaelyn Prevete placed second in the hurdles, Sami Baughman finished third in the 200 and Jodie Hamilton was third in the high jump. The 4×400 team of Hamilton, Williams, Madison Howard and Alli Wade placed second.
The Greyhounds also picked up second place points in the 4×200 with Williams, Baughman, Howard and Wade., Howard, Prevete, Dani Craig and Kaitlin Mugler scored third place points in a sprint relay. The Greyhounds scored points in eleven events.
In the 60-yard dash, Baughman scored fourth and Mugler was eighth. Sadey Gray placed sixth in the mile as did Hamilton in the 400. Mikey Gray picked up an eighth place point in the 800. The Grays joined with Wade and Madi James for a sixth place time in the 4×800.
The Windsor boys picked up three gold medals as Tyler Brockman won both sprint races and Keller Lewis won the 3200. Jacob Fleming took the silver medal in the shot put. The 4×200 relay of Brockman, Tristan Wetterow, Nick Standon, and Brett Rosebrough placed second. The same foursome placed third in a short sprint relay. Jonathan Schuler placed fourth in the 1600.
Dillyn Berschauer placed fifth in the shot put as did the 4×400 relay team of Schuler, Tim Kuehner, Mason Howard and Zach Farrier. Scoring seventh place points were Howard in the 400, Standon in the 60, and Brent Holbrook in the 800. In the hurdles Colton Gerke placed fifth while Farrier finished eighth. Rosebrough placed eighth in the 200 as did the 4×800 team of Schuler, Holbrook, Kuehner and Cody Pittman.
