S-C’s Howieson to run for CMU

Rachel Howieson, 18, daughter of George and Carrie Howieson (seated), and a Smith-Cotton High School senior, signed a letter of intent on Tuesday morning, March 12, to run cross country and track for Central Methodist University (CMU) this fall in Fayette.
