Mildred Loraine (Hayworth) Hall, 76, of Blackburn, died Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013 at Bothwell Regional Health Center. She was born on Nov. 1, 1936, in Sedalia, a daughter of William and Alice (Phillips) Hayworth.
She enjoyed gardening and crocheting. Mildred worked at Lake City Ammunition Plant for 12 years, retiring in 1992. Her passion was in the health care industry, taking care of the elderly in her home for 15 years. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ, Latter Day Saints, Sedalia.
She is survived by four children, Dennis (Debbie) Mullins of Houstonia, Vicki (Chris) Mullins of Blackburn, Rebecca (Robby) Wooster of Houstonia and Carla (Leman) Hall of Sweet Springs; 13 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; three sisters, Helen Gray, Debbie Hayworth and Dana Hayworth all of Sedalia; two brothers, Charles Hayworth of Smithton and Robert Hayworth of Beaman.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Edward and Larry Hayworth, a granddaughter, Nellie Mullins, a grandson, Buddy Hunsaker and a great granddaughter, Heather Mullins.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Feb. 12 at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Sedalia, with Bishop Michael Lowe officiating. Burial was at Mt. Herman Cemetery.
Memorial contributions were suggested to the family in care of the funeral chapel.
