Bernice Starke, Kansas City, formerly of Sedalia, recently earned her master’s degree in public affairs from the University of Missouri, Columbia.
A graduate of Green Ridge High School, State Fair Community College and Stephens College, Columbia, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, she graduate magna cum laude from MU.
She is the daughter of Isabelle Buchanan, Sedalia, and now lives in Kansas City with her husband, Gary Starke.
