• Sherwin Delane Marshall, 37, 108 West Johnson, failure to appear on possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia; failure to appear, no insurance; failure to appear on failing to register a motor vehicle; failure to appear on possession of up to 35 grams of marijuana.
• Anesha Nicole Sims, 22, 1204 South Lamine, third degree assault; failure to appear on property damage and animal abuse.
