Hours of operation will be Tuesdays from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The services will be offered at 515 S. Kentucky Ave.

The services will be offered through April 15 on a walk-in basis.

Taxpayers should bring their driver’s license or state issued identification card, Social Security card or Tax ID for everyone who lives in the house, W-2s for all income earned in 2012 and your spouse if filing jointly.
