Curry to assume principal position at S-C Junior High

In closed session on Monday, Jan. 28, 2013, the Board of Education of the Sedalia #200 School District, hired Mr. Jason Curry to be the Smith-Cotton Jr. High School Principal for the 2013-2014 school year.

Mr. Curry has been the Assistant Principal at Smith-Cotton Jr. High School for the past four years. Prior to that, Mr. Curry was a Health & Physical Education teacher at Smith-Cotton High School and Head Soccer Coach.

Mr. Curry received his Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Central Missouri and his Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from William Woods University. Mr. Curry is a Smith-Cotton High School graduate.

Jason and his wife, Jackie, have two children.
