Lady Mustangs fall to Kaysinger leader

The Northwest Lady Mustangs lost 47-38 to Kaysinger Conference leading Windsor Friday night at Hughesville.

Northwest started slow and trailed 15-5 after the first quarter. The Lady Mustangs fought back within six but got no closer.

The Lady Mustangs played balanced defense, shutting down the middle of the floor and limited the Lady Greyhound post players.

Page Norfleet scored 11 points for Northwest, with seven of those from the free throw line. Kendall Walk tallied 11 with three treys. Lindsey Blaylock had seven points and five rebounds. Lakota Wiskur had five points and nine rebounds.
