The Otterville Lady Eagles took the first step toward defending their Cooper County Athletic Association Tournament championship by blasting Malta Bend 65-7 Monday night in the first round of this year’s CCAA Tournament at Bunceton.
No individual stats were made available from Otterville.
The Lady Eagles, 11-5, played third-seeded Jamestown Wednesday evening.
