S-C Tiger wrestlers fall at Warrensburg

The Smith-Cotton Tiger wrestling team dropped a 60-16 West Central Conference dual to the Warrensburg Tigers Thursday at Warrensburg.

At 106 pounds, Warrensburg’s Sean Parr scored a major decision over Kyle Perez. At 113 pounds, Warrensburg’s James Pederson won by forfeit. At 120 pounds, Malacai Collins scored a tech fall over S-C’s Luke Archibeque. At 126 Jake Sproat pinned S-C‘s Zack Wooldridge.

At 132 pounds, S-C’s Tanner Proctor scored a major decision over Daniel Slobasewski to get S-C on the board. At 138, S-C’s Collin Debow pinned Tyler Grigg.

At 145 pounds, James Culp of Warrensburg won by forfeit. At 152 pounds, Zadac Lankford pinned S-C’s Noah Aziere.

At 160 pounds, Jared Allnutt pinned S-C’s Jacob Weeks. At 170, Brett Marr pinned S-C’s Chris Hawthorne. At 182, S-C’s Wade Hagebusch pinned Dustin Nevels. At 195 Jake Gard scored a decision win over Trevor Slivkov. At 225 pounds, Warrensburg’s Zeelan Lankford pinned Kyler Taber and at 285 pounds, Caleb Braun pinned Dylan Keele.
