SFCC graduates 18 in Practical Nursing class

Katie Eggen, Student Government Asociation (SGA) representative at State Fair Community College, receives a special award from Allison Brosch, SFCC nursing faculty, during a graduation and pinning ceremony held Monday afternoon, Dec. 10 for the Practical Nursing Class of Fall 2012 at the Fred E. Davis Multipurpose Building on the SFCC campus.

Nursing instructor Holly Doogs gave the nursing faculty message, while nursing student Lauren Cox delivered the class speech and Dr. Drennon delivered the graduation address. Rhonda Hutton-Gann, Nursing Program administrator, greeted those in attendance.

A total of 18 graduates received their pins and diplomas from SFCC President Dr. Marsha Drennon and Dr. Brent Bates, as well as  handshakes and hugs from SFCC’s Nursing faculty.
