Junior Livestock show concluded

The annnual Pettis County Junior Livestock Show and Sale, which began on Sunday, concluded Monday at the Swine Pavilion on the Missouri State Fairgrounds.  A total of 116 4-H and FFA members participated in the event, which featured 83 beef, 59 swine, 21 sheep, 24 goats, 16 poultry, 36 rabbits and seven dairy goats. The junior livestock show and sale is a University Extension production. An appreciation dinner was held Monday evening at the Youth Building.
