School District 200 Foundation awards mini grants

Sedalia School District Foundation board member Deidre Esquivel has been making surprise appearances at District 200 building and presenting the winners of Mini Grant requests with checks to use for their projects.
On Monday, Equivel stopped by Washington Elementary, Seventh and Engineer, to present a $1,500 check to Kindergarten teachers Ashley Kruse and Randi Sparks.
Esquivel also paid a visit to Parkview Elementary to present a $459 check to Renee Tankersley, Title ELL Academic Support, for an electronic English-Spanish translator.
