Susan Patricia Brosch, 66, of Sedalia, died Tuesday, March 13, 2012, at Bothwell Regional Health Center. She was born on Oct. 25, 1945, in St. Louis, a daughter of Kenneth and LaVerna (Hizer) Klamert.
She was a faithful member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Sedalia. She was former, chief deputy clerk in the Recorder’s office at the Pettis County Courthouse.
Besides her mother, she is survived by six children, William A. Brosch of Blue Springs, Pamala S. Strohman and her husband Clem, of Sedalia, Keith A. Brosch and his wife Lesa of Siloam Springs, Ark., Jennifer R. Edwards and her husband Shane of Sedalia, Debra A. Williams and her husband Kelly of Sedalia and Jason L. Brosch of Sedalia; 12 grandchildren, Lauren, Hayden, Richard, Samantha, Aaron, Ashley, Kali, Max, Tyler, Trey, Emma and Edison; five sisters, Linda Rodewald and her fiancé Anthony Mabry of Sedalia, Betty Stone of St. Joseph, Mary Rauth and her husband Michael of St. Joseph, Carol Kozak and her husband Chris of Springdale, Ark., and Janet Wiedmair and her husband Michael of Mayesville; five brothers, Robert Klamert of Austin, Texas, William Klamert and his wife Tracy of St. Joseph, James Klamert of Junction City, Kan., Kenneth Klamert and his wife Abbey of Austin, Texas and John Klamert of St. Joseph.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, March 19 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Sedalia, with Father James Bentzen, C.PP.S. officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
Rosary will be conducted at 6 p.m. on Sunday, March 18 at Rea Funeral Chapel, Sedalia with visitation following until 8 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be given to the National Liver Foundation or American Diabetes Association in care of Rea Funeral Chapel.
Pallbearers will be James Klamert, Kelly Williams, Shane Edwards, Chris Rodewald, Rusty Ream and Anthony Mabry. Honorary bearers will be grandchildren.
