The following felony cases were heard on March 7 in Division 4:

Ditton, Colten, 21, Sedalia, was ordered to serve a 4 year sentence when his probation was revoked. He was placed on probation in 2009 after pleading guilty to possession of a controlled substance. His probation was revoked because he used marijuana and alcohol.

Rohr, Michael, 37, Smithton, was placed on probation for 5 years on a charge of fraudulent use of a credit device. In February and March of last year, the defendant charged more than $500 to a credit card owned by his former employer. While on probation, the defendant will be required to pay restitution of approximately $1,600.

Vinyard, Jeremy, 33, Sedalia, was ordered to serve a 4 year sentence when his probation was revoked on a criminal non-support charge. He violated his probation by committing the offense of stealing.

Wistrom, Stuart Michael, 28, Sedalia, was sentenced to serve 8 years in prison for child molestation. He pleaded guilty to the charge in January, admitting he touched the genitals of a 5 year old child. At a contested sentencing hearing, the defendant requested probation. Judge Robert L. Koffman denied the request and followed the prosecutor’s recommendation for an 8 year sentence.
